प्लक्षशाखासु यज्ञानामन्येषां क्रियते हविः ।
अश्वमेधस्य चैकस्य वैतसो भाग इष्यते ॥३२॥

32. plakṣaśākhāsu yajñānāmanyeṣāṃ kriyate haviḥ ,
aśvamedhasya caikasya vaitaso bhāga iṣyate.

32. For other Vedic rituals (yajña), the offering (havis) is made on plakṣa branches. And for the Aśvamedha (yajña) alone, a reed (vaitasa) portion is prescribed.
