मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-28, verse-26

होमस्त्रिषवणस्त्रानं जटावल्कलधारणम् ।
योगाभ्यासः सदा चैव वन्यस्नेहनिषेवणम् ॥२६॥
