मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-111, verse-8

तं समेत्य च जग्राह तस्य पादौ यथाविधि ।
प्रणिपत्याह चैवैनं राजर्षिं स भलन्दनः ॥८॥
8. taṃ sametya ca jagrāha tasya pādau yathāvidhi .
praṇipatyāha caivainaṃ rājarṣiṃ sa bhalandanaḥ.

praṇipatya āha ca eva enam rājarṣim sa bhalandanaḥ
8. Having approached him, that Bhallandana seized his feet according to custom. Having prostrated, he then spoke to that royal sage (rājārṣi).
