महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-9, chapter-40, verse-5

तानब्रवीद्बको वृद्धो विभजध्वं पशूनिति ।
पशूनेतानहं त्यक्त्वा भिक्षिष्ये राजसत्तमम् ॥५॥
5. tānabravīdbako vṛddho vibhajadhvaṁ paśūniti ,
paśūnetānahaṁ tyaktvā bhikṣiṣye rājasattamam.
5. tān abravīt bakaḥ vṛddhaḥ vibhajadhvam paśūn iti
paśūn etān aham tyaktvā bhikṣiṣye rājasattamam
5. vṛddhaḥ bakaḥ tān abravīt paśūn vibhajadhvam iti
aham etān paśūn tyaktvā rājasattamam bhikṣiṣye
5. The old Baka told them, "Distribute these animals. As for me, having given up these animals, I will go begging from the best of kings."
