महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-9, chapter-38, verse-27

स तैः पुत्रैस्तदा धीमानानीतो वै सरस्वतीम् ।
पुण्यां तीर्थशतोपेतां विप्रसंघैर्निषेविताम् ॥२७॥
27. sa taiḥ putraistadā dhīmānānīto vai sarasvatīm ,
puṇyāṁ tīrthaśatopetāṁ viprasaṁghairniṣevitām.
27. saḥ taiḥ putraiḥ tadā dhīmān ānītaḥ vai sarasvatīm
puṇyāṃ tīrthaśatopetām viprasaṅghaiḥ niṣevitām
27. saḥ dhīmān taiḥ putraiḥ tadā vai puṇyāṃ tīrthaśatopetām
viprasaṅghaiḥ niṣevitām sarasvatīm ānītaḥ
27. That wise Rushangu (dhīmān) was then indeed brought by those sons to the sacred Sarasvatī, which was endowed with hundreds of sacred bathing places (tīrtha) and frequented by assemblies of brahmins.
