महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-9, chapter-38, verse-11

महोदरस्य तल्लग्नं जङ्घायां वै यदृच्छया ।
वने विचरतो राजन्नस्थि भित्त्वास्फुरत्तदा ॥११॥
11. mahodarasya tallagnaṁ jaṅghāyāṁ vai yadṛcchayā ,
vane vicarato rājannasthi bhittvāsphurattadā.

vane vicarataḥ rājan asthi bhittvā asphurat tadā
11. rājan tadā tat yadṛcchayā mahodarasya jaṅghāyām

11. O King, that [severed head] then accidentally became attached to Mahodara's leg. It split the bone of him who was wandering in the forest and began to throb.
