महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-9, chapter-38, verse-18

ततः स विरुजो राजन्पूतात्मा वीतकल्मषः ।
आजगामाश्रमं प्रीतः कृतकृत्यो महोदरः ॥१८॥
18. tataḥ sa virujo rājanpūtātmā vītakalmaṣaḥ ,
ājagāmāśramaṁ prītaḥ kṛtakṛtyo mahodaraḥ.
18. tataḥ saḥ virujaḥ rājan pūtātmā vītakalmaṣaḥ
ājagāma āśramam prītaḥ kṛtakṛtyaḥ mahodaraḥ
18. tataḥ rājan saḥ mahodaraḥ virujaḥ pūtātmā
vītakalmaṣaḥ prītaḥ kṛtakṛtyaḥ āśramam ājagāma
18. Then, O king, Mahodara, free from illness, with a purified soul (ātman) and cleansed of sin, content and having fulfilled his purpose, returned to the hermitage.
