महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-8, chapter-52, verse-32

शरार्चिषा गाण्डिवेनाहमेकः सर्वान्कुरून्बाह्लिकांश्चाभिपत्य ।
हिमात्यये कक्षगतो यथाग्निस्तहा दहेयं सगणान्प्रसह्य ॥३२॥
32. śarārciṣā gāṇḍivenāhamekaḥ; sarvānkurūnbāhlikāṁścābhipatya ,
himātyaye kakṣagato yathāgni;stahā daheyaṁ sagaṇānprasahya.
32. śara-arciṣā gāṇḍivena aham ekaḥ
sarvān kurūn bāhlīkān ca abhipatya
hima-atyaye kakṣa-gataḥ yathā
agniḥ tathā daheyam sa-gaṇān prasahya
32. yathā hima-atyaye kakṣa-gataḥ agniḥ [dahati],
tathā aham ekaḥ śara-arciṣā gāṇḍivena sarvān kurūn bāhlīkān ca abhipatya sa-gaṇān prasahya daheyam
32. I alone, with my Gāṇḍīva bow, which has the brilliance of arrows, after assailing all the Kurus and Bāhlīkas, would forcibly burn them along with their retinues, just as a fire consumes dry grass at the end of winter.
