महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-7, chapter-72, verse-30

अथास्मै त्वरितो बाणमपरं जीवितान्तकम् ।
आकर्णपूर्णं चिक्षेप वज्रं वज्रधरो यथा ॥३०॥
30. athāsmai tvarito bāṇamaparaṁ jīvitāntakam ,
ākarṇapūrṇaṁ cikṣepa vajraṁ vajradharo yathā.
30. atha asmai tvaritaḥ bāṇam aparam jīvitāntakam
ākarṇapūrṇam cikṣepa vajram vajradharaḥ yathā
30. atha tvaritaḥ asmai aparam jīvitāntakam ākarṇapūrṇam

30. Then, swiftly, he shot another life-ending arrow at him, drawing it fully to his ear, just as the thunderbolt-wielder (Vajradhara) hurls his thunderbolt.
