महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-7, chapter-72, verse-25

अतिष्ठद्युगमध्ये स युगसंनहनेषु च ।
जघानार्धेषु चाश्वानां तत्सैन्यान्यभ्यपूजयन् ॥२५॥
25. atiṣṭhadyugamadhye sa yugasaṁnahaneṣu ca ,
jaghānārdheṣu cāśvānāṁ tatsainyānyabhyapūjayan.

ardheṣu ca aśvānām tat sainyāni abhyapūjayan

25. He stood firmly amidst the chariot's yoke and its harnessings. He struck down the horses, cutting them in half, and those armies acclaimed him.
