महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-7, chapter-104, verse-23

तैः कर्णोऽभ्राजत शरैरुरोमध्यगतैस्तदा ।
महीधर इवोदग्रस्त्रिशृङ्गो भरतर्षभ ॥२३॥
23. taiḥ karṇo'bhrājata śarairuromadhyagataistadā ,
mahīdhara ivodagrastriśṛṅgo bharatarṣabha.

mahīdharaḥ iva udagraḥ triśṛṅgaḥ bharatarṣabha
23. bharatarṣabha tadā taiḥ uromadhyagataiḥ śaraiḥ
karṇaḥ udagraḥ triśṛṅgaḥ mahīdharaḥ iva abhrājata
23. O best among Bharatas, Karṇa then shone with those arrows lodged in the middle of his chest, like a lofty, three-peaked mountain.
