महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-58, verse-29

न चाहं त्यक्तुकामस्त्वां किमर्थं भीरु शङ्कसे ।
त्यजेयमहमात्मानं न त्वेव त्वामनिन्दिते ॥२९॥
29. na cāhaṁ tyaktukāmastvāṁ kimarthaṁ bhīru śaṅkase ,
tyajeyamahamātmānaṁ na tveva tvāmanindite.
29. na ca aham tyaktukāmaḥ tvām kimartham bhīru śaṅkase
tyajeyam aham ātmānam na tu eva tvām anindite
29. And I am not desirous of abandoning you. Why do you doubt, O timid one? I would abandon my very self (ātman), but certainly never you, O blameless one.
