महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-58, verse-21

एष विन्ध्यो महाशैलः पयोष्णी च समुद्रगा ।
आश्रमाश्च महर्षीणाममी पुष्पफलान्विताः ॥२१॥
21. eṣa vindhyo mahāśailaḥ payoṣṇī ca samudragā ,
āśramāśca maharṣīṇāmamī puṣpaphalānvitāḥ.

21. This is the great Vindhya mountain, and the Payoṣṇī river, which flows to the sea. These hermitages (āśrama) of the great sages are abundant with flowers and fruits.
