महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-45, verse-35

भवांश्चैनं द्विजश्रेष्ठ पर्यटन्तं महीतले ।
त्रातुमर्हति विप्राग्र्य तपोबलसमन्वितः ॥३५॥
35. bhavāṁścainaṁ dvijaśreṣṭha paryaṭantaṁ mahītale ,
trātumarhati viprāgrya tapobalasamanvitaḥ.
35. bhavān ca enam dvijaśreṣṭha paryaṭantam mahītale
trātum arhati viprāgrya tapobalasamanvitaḥ
35. And you, O best of brahmins (dvijaśreṣṭha), O foremost of brahmins (viprāgrya), who are endowed with the strength of austerity (tapas), ought to protect him who is wandering on the earth's surface.
