महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-134, verse-29

जनक उवाच ।
शृणोमि वाचं तव दिव्यरूपाममानुषीं दिव्यरूपोऽसि साक्षात् ।
अजैषीर्यद्बन्दिनं त्वं विवादे निसृष्ट एष तव कामोऽद्य बन्दी ॥२९॥
29. janaka uvāca ,
śṛṇomi vācaṁ tava divyarūpā;mamānuṣīṁ divyarūpo'si sākṣāt ,
ajaiṣīryadbandinaṁ tvaṁ vivāde; nisṛṣṭa eṣa tava kāmo'dya bandī.
29. Janaka uvāca śṛṇomi vācam tava
divyarūpām amānuṣīm divyarūpaḥ asi sākṣāt
ajaiṣīḥ yat bandinam tvam vivāde
nisṛṣṭaḥ eṣaḥ tava kāmaḥ adya bandī
29. Janaka said: I hear your speech, which is divine in form and superhuman. You are indeed directly divine in form. Since you conquered the debater (Bandī) in the debate, this Bandī is now granted to you as per your wish.
