महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-134, verse-20

लोमश उवाच ।
एतावदुक्त्वा विरराम बन्दी श्लोकस्यार्धं व्याजहाराष्टवक्रः ।
त्रयोदशाहानि ससार केशी त्रयोदशादीन्यतिच्छन्दांसि चाहुः ॥२०॥
20. lomaśa uvāca ,
etāvaduktvā virarāma bandī; ślokasyārdhaṁ vyājahārāṣṭavakraḥ ,
trayodaśāhāni sasāra keśī; trayodaśādīnyaticchandāṁsi cāhuḥ.
20. Lomaśaḥ uvāca | etāvat uktvā virarāma
Bandī | ślokasya ardham vyājahāra
Aṣṭāvakraḥ | trayodaśa ahāni sasāra Keśī

20. Lomaśa spoke: "Having said this much, Bandi stopped. Aṣṭāvakra then completed the verse by saying: Keśī journeyed for thirteen days, and the wise also refer to the Atichandāṃsi (meters) as those classified from thirteen onwards."
