pañcāgnayaḥ pañcapadā ca paṅkti;ryajñāḥ pañcaivāpyatha pañcendriyāṇi ,
dṛṣṭā vede pañcacūḍāśca pañca; loke khyātaṁ pañcanadaṁ ca puṇyam.

11. Bandy said: There are five sacred fires, and the paṅkti (metre) consists of five feet. There are also five types of rituals (yajña) and five sense organs (indriyāṇi).
