महाभारतः mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-67, verse-19

विश्वासनार्थं वर्णानां सर्वेषामविशेषतः ।
तास्तथा समयं कृत्वा समये नावतस्थिरे ॥१९॥

19. Despite making such an agreement for the sake of trust among all social classes without distinction, they did not abide by it.
