महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-320, verse-8

स शृङ्गेऽप्रतिमे दिव्ये हिमवन्मेरुसंभवे ।
संश्लिष्टे श्वेतपीते द्वे रुक्मरूप्यमये शुभे ॥८॥
8. sa śṛṅge'pratime divye himavanmerusaṁbhave ,
saṁśliṣṭe śvetapīte dve rukmarūpyamaye śubhe.

8. He (Śuka) saw two unrivaled, divine peaks, which had originated from (Mount) Himavat and (Mount) Meru. These two beautiful peaks were joined, one white and one yellow, and were made of gold and silver.
