महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-320, verse-10

सोऽविशङ्केन मनसा तथैवाभ्यपतच्छुकः ।
ततः पर्वतशृङ्गे द्वे सहसैव द्विधाकृते ।
अदृश्येतां महाराज तदद्भुतमिवाभवत् ॥१०॥
10. so'viśaṅkena manasā tathaivābhyapatacchukaḥ ,
tataḥ parvataśṛṅge dve sahasaiva dvidhākṛte ,
adṛśyetāṁ mahārāja tadadbhutamivābhavat.
10. saḥ aviśaṅkena manasā tathā eva
abhyapatat śukaḥ tataḥ parvataśṛṅge
dve sahasā eva dvidhākṛte adṛśyetām
mahārāja tat adbhutam iva abhavat
10. śukaḥ aviśaṅkena manasā tathā eva
abhyapatat tataḥ mahārāja dve
dvidhākṛte parvataśṛṅge sahasā eva

10. With an unwavering mind, Śuka thus flew towards them. Then, O great king, the two mountain peaks were suddenly split into two and simultaneously became invisible. This indeed happened as a great marvel.
