महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-320, verse-21

स ददर्श द्विधा कृत्वा पर्वताग्रं शुकं गतम् ।
शशंसुरृषयस्तस्मै कर्म पुत्रस्य तत्तदा ॥२१॥
21. sa dadarśa dvidhā kṛtvā parvatāgraṁ śukaṁ gatam ,
śaśaṁsurṛṣayastasmai karma putrasya tattadā.

21. He saw that Shuka had passed, having split the mountain peak in two. The sages then recounted to him that deed (karma) of his son.
