महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-1, chapter-39, verse-25

सूत उवाच ।
ते तक्षकसमादिष्टास्तथा चक्रुर्भुजंगमाः ।
उपनिन्युस्तथा राज्ञे दर्भानापः फलानि च ॥२५॥
25. sūta uvāca ,
te takṣakasamādiṣṭāstathā cakrurbhujaṁgamāḥ ,
upaninyustathā rājñe darbhānāpaḥ phalāni ca.
25. sūtaḥ uvāca te takṣakasamādiṣṭāḥ tathā cakruḥ
bhujaṅgamāḥ upaninyuḥ tathā rājñe darbhān āpaḥ phalāni ca
25. Sūta said: "Those serpents, thus commanded by Takṣaka, acted accordingly. They presented to the king darbha grass, water, and fruits."
