जानाति यत्स्वभावं तदेतत्सर्गतया स्थितम् ॥ ५ ॥

From that (consciousness), a dense manifestation of non-consciousness (acit) emerges, which is exceedingly more subtle than even space (kham). Whatever intrinsic nature (svabhāva) it apprehends, that very thing is established as creation (sarga).
