अहमेकोऽहमात्मास्मीत्येकां भावय भावनाम् ।
तया भावनया युक्तः स एव त्वं भवस्यलम् ॥ ४९ ॥

Cultivate this single contemplation (bhāvanā): 'I am one, I am the Self (ātman)'. Endowed with that very contemplation (bhāvanā), you truly become that Self.
