पुनर्वर्षत्रयेणैष कस्मिंश्चित्काननान्तरे ।
तत्याजाम्बुदवर्षादि शरदीव नभस्तलम् ॥ १७ ॥

17. Again, after three years, in some other part of the forest, he gave up (renounced) even the clouds, rain, and similar phenomena, just as the expanse of the sky does in autumn.
