योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-5, chapter-20, verse-5

रक्तमांसास्थिसंघाताद्देहादेवास्थिपञ्जरात् ।
कोऽहं स्यामिति चित्तेन स्वयं पुत्र विचारय ॥ ५ ॥
raktamāṃsāsthisaṃghātāddehādevāsthipañjarāt ,
ko'haṃ syāmiti cittena svayaṃ putra vicāraya 5
5. raktamāṃsāstisaṃghātāt dehāt eva asthipañjarāt
kaḥ aham syām iti cittena svayam putra vicāraya

5. O son, with your mind, deeply ponder for yourself, "Who am I?", [considering this] body that is merely an aggregation of blood, flesh, and bones, a mere skeletal cage.
