योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-5, chapter-20, verse-20

स्थितः सीमान्तकुग्रामगोमये यश्च वृश्चिकः ।
सार्धसंवत्सरं साधो सोऽयं त्वमनुजो मम ॥ २० ॥
sthitaḥ sīmāntakugrāmagomaye yaśca vṛścikaḥ ,
sārdhasaṃvatsaraṃ sādho so'yaṃ tvamanujo mama 20
20. sthitaḥ sīmāntakugrāmago-maye yaḥ ca vṛścikaḥ |
sārdhasaṃvatsaram sādho saḥ ayam tvam anujaḥ mama ||
20. sādho yaḥ vṛścikaḥ sīmāntakugrāmago-maye sārdhasaṃvatsaram sthitaḥ,
saḥ ayam mama anujaḥ tvam (asi)
20. O virtuous one, that scorpion who remained for a year and a half in the cow-dung of a small village on the border – he is indeed your younger brother.
