(saḥ) citta-līlayā ātmanaḥ ātma-stham moham janayati.

Through the play of the mind (citta), it generates for the self (ātman) a delusion (moha) that is inherent in the self (ātman). Sometimes, it is (or becomes) merely the supreme, boundless space (vyoma).
