वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-4, chapter-52, verse-30

राघवप्रियकामार्थं घातयिष्यत्यसंशयम् ।
न क्षमं चापराद्धानां गमनं स्वामिपार्श्वतः ॥३०॥
30. rāghavapriyakāmārthaṃ ghātayiṣyatyasaṃśayam ,
na kṣamaṃ cāparāddhānāṃ gamanaṃ svāmipārśvataḥ.
30. rāghavapriyakāmārtham ghātayiṣyati asaṃśayam |
na kṣamam ca aparāddhānām gamanam svāmipārśvataḥ
30. rāghavapriyakāmārtham asaṃśayam (naḥ) ghātayiṣyati
ca aparāddhānām svāmipārśvataḥ gamanam na kṣamam
30. For the sake of fulfilling his beloved's wish, Rama will undoubtedly have us killed. Moreover, it is not proper for those who have failed to return to their master's side.
