वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-4, chapter-36, verse-30

तदन्न संभवं दिव्यं फलं मूलं मनोहरम् ।
यः कश्चित् सकृदश्नाति मासं भवति तर्पितः ॥३०॥
30. tadanna saṃbhavaṃ divyaṃ phalaṃ mūlaṃ manoharam ,
yaḥ kaścit sakṛdaśnāti māsaṃ bhavati tarpitaḥ.
30. tadanna sambhavam divyam phalam mūlam manoharam
yaḥ kaścit sakṛt aśnāti māsam bhavati tarpitaḥ
30. yaḥ kaścit tadanna sambhavam divyam manoharam phalam

30. Anyone who consumes that divine, charming fruit or root, which has arisen from such food, just once, will remain satisfied for an entire month.
