वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-3, chapter-58, verse-26

नैव सा नूनमथ वा हिंसिता चारुहासिनी ।
कृच्छ्रं प्राप्तं हि मां नूनं यथोपेक्षितुमर्हति ॥२६॥
26. naiva sā nūnamatha vā hiṃsitā cāruhāsinī ,
kṛcchraṃ prāptaṃ hi māṃ nūnaṃ yathopekṣitumarhati.
26. na eva sā nūnam atha vā hiṃsitā cāruhāsinī kṛcchram
prāptam hi mām nūnam yathā upekṣitum arhati
26. sā cāruhāsinī nūnam na eva athavā hiṃsitā hi
nūnam kṛcchram prāptam mām yathā upekṣitum arhati
26. Surely, she, the beautifully smiling one, is not present, or else she has been harmed. For how could she neglect me, who has fallen into such distress?
