वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-3, chapter-22, verse-13

संलीनमीनविहगा नलिन्यः पुष्पपङ्कजाः ।
तस्मिन् क्षणे बभूवुश्च विना पुष्पफलैर्द्रुमाः ॥१३॥
13. saṃlīnamīnavihagā nalinyaḥ puṣpapaṅkajāḥ ,
tasmin kṣaṇe babhūvuśca vinā puṣpaphalairdrumāḥ.

13. The lotus ponds, even those with flowers and lotuses, had their fish and birds concealed. And at that very moment, the trees became devoid of both flowers and fruits.
