कबन्धः परिघाभासो दृश्यते भास्करान्तिके ।
जग्राह सूर्यं स्वर्भानुरपर्वणि महाग्रहः ॥११॥

jagrāha sūryaṃ svarbhānuraparvaṇi mahāgrahaḥ.

11. A headless torso (kabandha), resembling a meteor, was seen near the sun. The great planet (mahā-graha) Rāhu (Svarbhānu) seized the sun on an inauspicious day.
