When the Sun (sūrya) is in its highest exaltation and the lord of the ninth house (bhāgyeśa) is situated in the eleventh house, the person (nara) will be devoted to righteousness (dharma), affectionate towards the king, and dedicated to his father (pitṛbhakta).
