बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-20, verse-27

गुरुणा संयुते भाग्ये तदीशे केन्द्रराशिगे ।
विंशद्वर्षात् परं चैव बहुभाग्यं विनिर्दिशेत् ॥२७॥
27. guruṇā saṃyute bhāgye tadīśe kendrarāśige .
viṃśadvarṣāt paraṃ caiva bahubhāgyaṃ vinirdiśet.

varṣāt param ca eva bahubhāgyam vinirdiśet
27. One should predict abundant fortune after twenty years if the ninth house (bhāgya) is conjoined with Jupiter (guru), and the lord of that ninth house is located in a quadrant house (kendra).
