बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-20, verse-31

भाग्यस्थानगते मन्दे शशिना च समन्विते ।
लग्नेशे नीचराशिस्थे भिक्षाशी च नरो भवेत् ॥३१॥
