परमोच्चांशगे सौम्ये भाग्येशे भाग्यराशिगे ।
षट्त्रिंशाच्च परं चैव बहुभाग्यं विनिर्दिशेत् ॥२८॥

28. paramoccāṃśage saumye bhāgyeśe bhāgyarāśige .
ṣaṭtriṃśācca paraṃ caiva bahubhāgyaṃ vinirdiśet.

28. paramoccāṃśage saumye bhāgyeśe bhāgyarāśige
ṣaṭtriṃśāt ca param ca eva bahubhāgyam vinirdiśet

28. When Mercury is in its highest exaltation, and the lord of the ninth house is situated in the ninth house itself, one should predict great prosperity and much good fortune from the age of thirty-six onwards.
