महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-7, chapter-36, verse-27

तस्य भित्त्वा तनुत्राणं देहं निर्भिद्य चाशुगः ।
प्राविशद्धरणीं राजन्वल्मीकमिव पन्नगः ॥२७॥
27. tasya bhittvā tanutrāṇaṁ dehaṁ nirbhidya cāśugaḥ ,
prāviśaddharaṇīṁ rājanvalmīkamiva pannagaḥ.

prāviśat dharaṇīm rājan valmīkam iva pannagaḥ

27. O King (rājan), that swift-moving arrow, piercing his armor and completely penetrating his body, entered the earth just like a snake (pannagaḥ) enters an anthill.
