महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-7, chapter-153, verse-8

कर्णश्च समरे राजन्व्यद्रावयत पार्थिवान् ।
धृष्टद्युम्नशिखण्ड्यादीन्पाञ्चालानां महारथान् ॥८॥
8. karṇaśca samare rājanvyadrāvayata pārthivān ,
dhṛṣṭadyumnaśikhaṇḍyādīnpāñcālānāṁ mahārathān.

dhṛṣṭadyumnaśikhaṇḍyādīn pāñcālānām mahārathān
8. rājan karṇaḥ ca samare pāñcālānām

8. And, O King, Karṇa, in battle, put to flight the kings, including Dhṛṣṭadyumna, Śikhaṇḍin, and other great chariot-warriors of the Pāñcālas.
