महाभारतः mahābhārataḥ - book-5, chapter-133, verse-10

अकुर्वन्तो हि कर्माणि कुर्वन्तो निन्दितानि च ।
सुखं नैवेह नामुत्र लभन्ते पुरुषाधमाः ॥१०॥

10. Indeed, those who do not perform their duties (karma), and those who perform condemned actions, such despicable persons (puruṣādhamāḥ) find no happiness either in this world or the next.
