महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-5, chapter-12, verse-15

नाहमिच्छामि नहुषं पतिमन्वास्य तं प्रभुम् ।
शरणागतास्मि ते ब्रह्मंस्त्राहि मां महतो भयात् ॥१५॥
15. nāhamicchāmi nahuṣaṁ patimanvāsya taṁ prabhum ,
śaraṇāgatāsmi te brahmaṁstrāhi māṁ mahato bhayāt.
15. na aham icchāmi nahuṣam patim anvāsya tam prabhum |
śaraṇāgatā asmi te brahman trāhi mām mahataḥ bhayāt
15. I do not wish Nahuṣa as my husband, even having attended upon him, that lord. I have come to you for refuge (śaraṇāgata), O Brahmin; protect me from this great fear.
