महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-2, chapter-20, verse-9

अस्मांस्तदेनो गच्छेत त्वया बार्हद्रथे कृतम् ।
वयं हि शक्ता धर्मस्य रक्षणे धर्मचारिणः ॥९॥
9. asmāṁstadeno gaccheta tvayā bārhadrathe kṛtam ,
vayaṁ hi śaktā dharmasya rakṣaṇe dharmacāriṇaḥ.
9. asmān tat enaḥ gaccheta tvayā bārhadrathe kṛtam
vayam hi śaktāḥ dharmasya rakṣaṇe dharmacāriṇaḥ
9. O son of Bṛhadratha, that sin (enas) committed by you would fall upon us. Indeed, we who uphold the natural law (dharma) are capable of its protection.
