महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-2, chapter-20, verse-1

जरासंध उवाच ।
न स्मरेयं कदा वैरं कृतं युष्माभिरित्युत ।
चिन्तयंश्च न पश्यामि भवतां प्रति वैकृतम् ॥१॥
1. jarāsaṁdha uvāca ,
na smareyaṁ kadā vairaṁ kṛtaṁ yuṣmābhirityuta ,
cintayaṁśca na paśyāmi bhavatāṁ prati vaikṛtam.
1. jarāsaṃdhaḥ uvāca na smareyam kadā vairam kṛtam yuṣmābhiḥ
iti uta cintayan ca na paśyāmi bhavatām prati vaikṛtam
1. Jarāsaṃdha said: 'I cannot remember any hostility initiated by you. Even after careful consideration, I perceive no malicious act on your part.'
