महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-14, chapter-73, verse-2

ते समाज्ञाय संप्राप्तं यज्ञियं तुरगोत्तमम् ।
विषयान्ते ततो वीरा दंशिताः पर्यवारयन् ॥२॥
2. te samājñāya saṁprāptaṁ yajñiyaṁ turagottamam ,
viṣayānte tato vīrā daṁśitāḥ paryavārayan.

2. Having come to know that the magnificent horse, meant for the Vedic ritual (yajña), had arrived at the border of their territory, those warriors then armed themselves and surrounded it.
