महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-14, chapter-6, verse-1

व्यास उवाच ।
अत्राप्युदाहरन्तीममितिहासं पुरातनम् ।
बृहस्पतेश्च संवादं मरुत्तस्य च भारत ॥१॥
1. vyāsa uvāca ,
atrāpyudāharantīmamitihāsaṁ purātanam ,
bṛhaspateśca saṁvādaṁ maruttasya ca bhārata.
1. vyāsaḥ uvāca atra api udāharanti imam itihāsam
purātanam bṛhaspateḥ ca saṃvādam maruttasya ca bhārata
1. Vyāsa said: In this regard, they also narrate this ancient historical account (itihāsa): the dialogue between Bṛhaspati and Marutta, O Bhārata.
