31.
The cows are the most exalted in the world, conducive to the world's welfare, associated with Rudra, and embodiments of the moon's nectar. They are benevolent, meritorious, fulfill desires, and grant life. Indeed, by giving (dāna) such cows, one would become a bestower of all desires.
