महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-13, chapter-76, verse-25

न दुष्यत्यनिलो नाग्निर्न सुवर्णं न चोदधिः ।
नामृतेनामृतं पीतं वत्सपीता न वत्सला ॥२५॥
25. na duṣyatyanilo nāgnirna suvarṇaṁ na codadhiḥ ,
nāmṛtenāmṛtaṁ pītaṁ vatsapītā na vatsalā.
25. na duṣyati anilaḥ na agniḥ na suvarṇam na ca
udadhiḥ na amṛtena amṛtam pītam vatsapītā na vatsalā
25. anilaḥ na agniḥ na suvarṇam na ca udadhiḥ na duṣyati amṛtam
pītam amṛtena na duṣyati vatsalā vatsapītā na duṣyati
25. Neither air, nor fire, nor gold, nor the ocean becomes tainted. Nectar (amṛta) is not defiled even when consumed by nectar itself, nor is an affectionate mother cow (vatsalā) defiled whose milk has been drunk by her calf.
