महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-13, chapter-76, verse-14

यज्ञैराप्यायते सोमः स च गोषु प्रतिष्ठितः ।
सर्वे देवाः प्रमोदन्ते पूर्ववृत्तास्ततः प्रजाः ॥१४॥
14. yajñairāpyāyate somaḥ sa ca goṣu pratiṣṭhitaḥ ,
sarve devāḥ pramodante pūrvavṛttāstataḥ prajāḥ.

14. Through the Vedic rituals (yajña), Soma is nourished. That Soma is also established in cows. All the gods rejoice, and consequently, the creatures flourish as they did previously.
