महाभारतः mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-81, verse-13

यं मन्येत ममाभावादिममर्थागमः स्पृशेत् ।
नित्यं तस्माच्छङ्कितव्यममित्रं तं विदुर्बुधाः ॥१३॥

13. The wise consider that person an enemy concerning whom one thinks, 'He would acquire this wealth because of my absence.' Therefore, one should always be suspicious of him.
