पुनश्च परिपप्रच्छ भीष्मं धर्मभृतां वरम् ।

38. And again, he (Yudhishthira) questioned Bhishma, the foremost among the upholders of natural law (dharma), concerning asceticism (tapas). And in response, Bhishma, O scion of Kuru, explained everything to him.
